Cute little lake house located next to lovely Lake Weir and Gator Joes Beach Bar and Grill. It is a very short walk to the public beach there and only 12 miles to the shopping and nightlife of The Villages. The home has a large, full kitchen and a large capacity washer / dryer on the rear screened patio. There is a bonus room with a futon sofa, office desk and chair. The living room boasts a 43" smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 32" TV and sitting chair. The home has complimentary expanded cable and 5G WIFI internet for your use during your stay. The front yard has an 8' x 8' deck for relaxing and tanning and the backyard is private and also has nice lawn chairs and a lounger for sunning. There is also a hammock along with a gas and charcoal BBQ grill in the backyard. The home has an offset garage that has mountain bikes, a stand up paddleboard, a fishing kayak and sit in kayak and they are complimentary to use with your stay.
