Very nice vacation home less than 1 mile to the beautiful drive-on beach in Daytona Beach Shores and the scenic Intracoastal waterway. The iconic Daytona International Speedway and Daytona One festive area is also only a few miles away. Previous renters have all given it 5 Star Reviews.The home has a nice, full-equipped kitchen, Living room with 65" smart TV / DVD, sunken living room and large screened patio with plenty of seating and an electric grill. The master bedroom has a queen bed and 42" smart TV. The second room has a queen bed. The 3rd room has a trundle ( two twin beds ) and the sunken Florida room has a futon sofa. There is also an offset garage where I keep beach chairs, toys, bikes and coolers for your use. I also provide FREE use of beach bikes, surfboard and kayak so you can vacation like a true Floridian.

The backyard has a HUGE relaxing screened patio and the yard is fenced and private with a grills and lounge chairs for sun worshiping. The backyard is also huge and I have yard games like cornhole and horseshoes for your enjoyment. WHY pay beach prices when you can drive on the beach anyway and the mainland side also has tons of fun things to see and do !!

Unique Benefits: 3 bedrooms and a sunken Florida room with a comfy sofa. The home has a gas and charcoal BBQ grill. I have 5G Wi-Fi internet also.
